AM 570 The Mission WMCA & AM 970 The Answer has an immediate opening for a part time collections assistant in our studios at 111 Broadway in New York City. Work hours and days are moderately flexible, though most work must be done during normal office hours. Data entry, financial posting, and agreement/invoice filing will be part of assignments.
Responsibilities
The collections assistant maintains a list of clients with outstanding invoices and makes the reminder calls to make sure payments arrive on schedule. Additional work include reporting to account executives concerning payment needs, confirming entity status of new accounts, posting credit card payments, maintaining recurring payment lists, and other similar tasks.
