This Youth Director position will participate in the overall staff team with particular emphasis given to:
-Leading and overseeing the development of Middle School and High School Students-Equipping youth – and those who are in ministry and relationship to them – with leadership, witnessing and life-celebration skills
-Planning Sunday lessons and games, monthly fun activities and yearly retreats that provide opportunities for youth to build lasting friendships and a lifetime of trust in God.
-Providing support to those within the domain of the ministry area; and developing, equipping, overseeing and enhancing a team-approach to ministry that empowers the Church to fulfill its mission and vision.

We are a mission focused church that is looking to grow. We offer a Traditional and Contemporary service each week, are outreach and community focused and are working to grow disciples as we grow in size. A medium sized church that has an average of 250 attendees on any given Sunday. We are located in Elizabethtown PA, which is 20 minutes from Harrisburg, Hershey and Lancaster PA. We are also 1.5-3 hours from Baltimore, Philadelphia and New York City. The Masonic Village is a large local retirement community and Elizabethtown College is in our owe back yard. We are currently looking for a PT Youth Director that we hope to grow to a FT position as the program grows.
