Children's Ministry Coordinator

Love and Unity Christian Fellowship Church of God in Christ is hiring for a part-time Children’s Ministry Coordinator.    As the Children’s Ministry Coordinator, you will work to provide children's ministry programs that will inspire and teach children about the Gospel of Jesus Christ!  This position is about in-reach and out-reach for we desire to minister and make a great impact in the lives of children!  

What you will do:

1. Recruit, Coach, Develop and build relationships with the children’s ministry team volunteers
2. Coordinate the Use of: Children’s Ministry Curriculum 
3. Support weekend services by ensuring that proper resources are available for children's ministry activities
4. Coordinate the Design of inviting Children Ministry Classroom Space 
5. Create: Check-in / Check-Out Process for ministry 
6. Track and record attendance of both volunteers and children
7. Coordinate the planning and facilitating of special children's ministry events that include Summer Day Camp, Ministry in the Park, Ministry on School Campus, Field Trips, Special Kids Ministry Conference, etc. 

Work 25 hours per week

You are available to work most weekends, specifically on Sunday mornings and some Saturday’s
